The details / Our scope

Clear about the work.
Honest about its limits.

We make technical accessibility improvements to store themes. We document what we test and change.

Technical service, not legal advice

OpenAisle is not a law firm. Nothing on this website, in our reports, statements, remediation logs, or correspondence is legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions.

No compliance guarantee

We do not guarantee compliance with the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, WCAG, or any other law or standard. We do not promise protection against complaints or legal claims, and we do not issue accessibility certifications.

What an automated scan covers

Our free scan tests one public page, in a desktop browser, at a particular time. It uses axe-core rules tagged for WCAG 2.2 A and AA, earlier WCAG A and AA criteria, and selected best practices. Not every criterion can be tested automatically. A rule passing is not the same as a WCAG criterion being satisfied.

Other pages, mobile layouts, checkout flows, keyboard journeys, screen reader interactions, and the quality of alternative text need additional or manual review. Bot protection, incomplete loading, and third-party resources may limit a scan. We flag known limitations, but cannot detect every one.

Fix & Proof

The $149 service covers an agreed set of theme-level code changes. We review the findings and confirm scope before starting. Third-party apps, hosted checkout, inaccessible vendor code, substantial redesign, and ongoing content maintenance may require separate work.

We work on a theme copy or staging version where available and ask for approval before publishing. You receive before-and-after scan results, a dated accessibility statement, and a remediation log describing the agreed changes. A statement describes the work and known limitations; it is not certification.

Pay after the fix

We request the $149 payment after you are satisfied with the delivered patches. If you are not satisfied with those patches, you do not pay. Submitting a request or receiving a scan report does not authorize a charge.

Monitoring

Monitoring is currently a waitlist, planned at $29 per month. Joining the list does not start a subscription or authorize payment. Availability and scope will be confirmed before you subscribe.
